Shipping Info

I'll be sending Vinyls and CDs within 1- 5 days from purchase. All sent via 1st class . Sadly international shipping might take up to 2 weeks. (no idea why ,, but they do ,, )

If you have any specific requests for packaging, such as removing sleeve or , tracked or signed etc, please advise when purchasing. (UK Vinyl always sent to be signed)

Return Policy

I want you to be super happy with what you order and infact, I can't wait for you to open the parcel when it arrives !

Everything that leaves my studio is securely packed and sealed, with FRAGILE tape all over it - but not everything goes to plan... If the vinyl,CD or merch have been damaged in transit please get in touch and we'll discuss a refund if needed, but lets agree that:

- You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.
- Original shipping costs are not refundable
- Returned items must be unused, meaning that you didn't pened the CD or the vinyl etc. Only unopened and sealed CDs/vinyl albums may be returned.
- Sadly also no refund for signed items .

Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging and posters, such as bent corners and cracked CD covers. I hold these in both hands carefully to the post office with huge FRAGILE tape all round it and I can only hope that your post-wo/man likes you..

Just as a reference, to date (May 2021 ) , no one has ever returned an item.
